The production problem

A campaign export is a packaging problem.

Figma Buzz can export static assets as PDF, PNG or JPG. The production decision is not only the format: it is which assets belong together, how they are ordered and what quality the recipient needs.

BatchPDF runs inside Buzz and adds a structured handoff for per-asset, per-row and combined PDF output. Use it when the delivery needs more control than a collection of separate downloads.

A practical workflow

Turn a Buzz campaign into a deliberate delivery.

01

Choose the campaign scope

Select specific Buzz assets, a row or the campaign set that belongs in this delivery.

02

Choose the grouping

Export by asset, by row or as a combined multipage PDF, depending on how the recipient will use the files.

03

Review the order

Use previews to confirm which assets are included and drag combined PDF pages into the intended sequence.

04

Set quality deliberately

Choose Print, Balanced, Small File or Custom controls according to the review, delivery or print requirement.

05

Verify the handoff

Open representative outputs and check file names, grouping, page order, image clarity, supported text and vector fidelity.

Try it on a real handoff

Package the right assets for the recipient.

A printer may need a combined, ordered PDF. A campaign team may need separate assets grouped by row. The useful output is the one that matches the next step—not simply the smallest file.

Test the workflow on a representative campaign and verify a sample of every output type before distributing the full set.

Before the final export

Questions designers ask.

Can Figma Buzz export PDF natively?

Yes. Figma supports PDF export for static Buzz assets. BatchPDF adds a production workflow for grouping, page ordering, compression and Acrobat opening modes.

Can plugins run in Figma Buzz?

Yes. Figma documents plugin access in Buzz for supported plans and seats. Organization administrators may restrict plugins to approved resources.

Can I create one PDF from multiple Buzz assets?

BatchPDF supports combined multipage PDF workflows as well as per-row and per-asset output, depending on the selected Buzz content.

Will every Buzz export preserve selectable text?

Not always. Supported text and clean vectors can remain useful, but fonts, effects, licensing and source content determine what can be embedded safely.

Five successful exports are free, up to 100 pages each.
